Your questions and enquiries are important to us. We will do our best to provide you with the most up to date and factually correct information possible. If we can’t answer your queries straight away, we will endeavor to find out the information you need and talk to you in a language you understand. No matter how trivial you think your questions are, we will do our best to answer them!
All animals sold are in good health and in certain cases will have been seen by a veterinary professional prior to sale at Animal Attraction. We cannot be held responsible for the condition of any animal once it leaves our store, as it will be exposed to conditions over which we have no control.
While every effort is made to sell quality products, should goods be deemed faulty through misuse, then we cannot be held responsible. Genuinely faulty goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion.
No refund or exchange of goods will be made without a till receipt and intact packaging. Goods must be in 'as new' condition. Refunds or exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON LIVESTOCK - PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY.
